Booking & Registration Policy

  • To formalize the registration it is necessary to fill in the registration form for the corresponding course. The reservation of the place will be confirmed in strict order of pre-registration and payment of the reservation (20% of the amount of the course). If the online registration could not be done correctly, we recommend contacting me at jonathan.ahladas@gmail.com. The corresponding reservations are:

  • To complete the entire enrollment, a payment (40% of the course amount) will be made up to one month before the start of the course and second payment (the remaining 40% of the course amount) one week before the course. The registration will be completed with:

  • In order for the course registration to become effective, if the payment method by bank transfer has been chosen, send to jonathan.ahladas@gmail.com the proof of payment along with the student's personal data.

  • Registration is not formalized until registration and payment have been made. Once enrolled in the course, you will receive an email with your registration and information about the conditions and status of the course.

  • The courses are mainly aimed at graduates and graduates of physiotherapists and 4th-grade students. In some cases, they can also be directed to some health professionals such as osteopaths, doctors, chiropractors, midwives, yoga teachers, acupuncturists and massage therapists, etc. It reserves the right to ask students for a certificate that accredits their professional training.

  • The right is reserved to cancel or modify the scheduled dates of the courses if the registrations do not reach the minimum necessary to carry them out. If I have a new edition of that same course, the student can choose between keeping the enrollment to the new edition or requesting the full refund of the registration that will be made through bank transfer, so I will need the student's bank details

  • In case of cancellation or modification of the date of the course, you will be notified in advance via email.

  • In case of cancellation of a course by the student, as long as it is done 20 days before the start of the course, the amount paid will be refunded, deducting the administrative and reservation costs incurred (40 euros). In cases and situations of force majeure, as long as it is justified, the tuition fee is not paid, but the possibility of taking it in another edition and/or in a different location would be offered if the student so wishes.

  • If the registered person cannot participate in the course, it can be replaced by another person. In any case, the person who is going to attend in substitution of the one initially registered must also complete their registration, comply with the program's admission requirements and request the change to jonathan.ahladas@gmail.com.

  • The amount of the course can be paid through four forms of payment. Please include the following observations: full name, place and date of the course.
